6. CRANS-MONTANA

Crans-Montana is the panoramic terrace of the Alps, with a breathtaking view from the Simplon to the Mont-Blanc, and stretches from 1’500 meters up to the eternal snow of the Plaine-Morte glacier at 3’000 meters. The small city with a Mediterranean climate is studded with small lakes and located on the sunniest hillside in the valley where the Rhone rises, at the foot of a ski area with over 140 km of pistes.
